Kid City
Kid City is a church service for students Kindergarten through 5th grade that meets during our regular Sunday morning service at 10:30 am.
Kids can expect to enjoy every moment of Kid City. Before the service we have board games, basketball, hula hoops and other activities. Once service begins, hold on to your hats, because we move through our lesson using various segments and learning styles every single week. Kids will experience age-appropriate praise & worship, games that teach, prayer, scripture memorization, practical Biblical teaching, Illustrated lessons, teamwork, characters, puppets, prizes, small groups and more!
If it’s your first visit with us you’ll be led first to our computerized Parent Pager security check-in system. It’ll only take a moment to get some basic information and snap a few head shots. You’ll feel secure knowing your kids can only be picked up by yourself or an authorized member of your family.
Kid City is a large-group children’s church but kids are seated in one of 6 groups by grade. This helps our visiting students to make friends quickly and creates lasting relationships in our regular attenders.
After the adult service is over, parents will stop by the Parent Pager computer to print a check-out sheet for each of their children and trade them for their child. Our goal is to be completely finished with our service before the adult service releases. If we ever run long, feel free to collect your child or join with them to finish out the service.
